Needs some work

It crashed on me trying to include a photo I already took. Strange Aetna only takes pdf on website but takes pictures only on mobile app. Adp takes pdf jpg and png on their web site. You can file a claim and include only one picture on mobile app but can include many on the web site. The web site will allow you to upload images but tell you later its not a pdf and crash if youre using chrome. Mobile app works but its quirky. Havent tried to capture a photo yet. Kinda scared. Im not sure why every picture has to be square when a paper receipt is usually rectangular. Everything about the app is just odd.

App doesnt work at all..... Errors out trying to attach receipt. What good is a mobile app if you cant use it for anything? Save your time and energy.... Dont bother!

The worst - no way to submit claim

The app is not designed for iPhone 5 and above, file claim is impossible due to flaw in add photo screen space, after taking picture, review claim button is far below the screen and you cannot get it to visibility to press. Are these tested before publishing in App Store? What a mess.

This app is a hot mess

The UI hasnt been updated since before the iPhone 5 came out. It is missing core functionality, such as account creation and password reset, that must be accessed via the companys web site, which is not available within the app. Overall it looks like something that was pounded out in a weekend. Payflexs "customers" are the employers they contract with to handle payments for, not the end users downloading this app, and it shows. This app is trash.

Worthless

This worthless app is just the tip of an iceberg. The entire Payflex organization is saturated with incompetence.

Crop of photo is terrible

I really love this App up to the point of taking a picture of the receipt. The picture will not consistently include pertinent info. I have had several claims that had to be resubmitted because I was told the receipt wasnt readable. The cut off and usable picture apparently wont allow full range of scan as to what your view is versus what is shown. Please fix this as it is totally unacceptable. If you want people to use the app, FIX IT!!!!

Wow, its 1990s for these guys..

The company seems stuck in 90s. The app is useless. You have to call customer service for pretty much everything. And the customer service folks are just incompetent at best and not helpful at worst. Too bad they sell to enterprise directly... If they had to work to convince customers to stick with them, they would be out of business fairly quickly...

It doesnt even work

The app cant even connect. The same username and password works on the website . This company is the most horrible company I guess. . Even the customer service people. Some are knowledgeable and some doesnt even know the basics.

Update the App

Are you freakin kidding me? These are the apps Apple should remove by now from the AppStore

Awesome if it were 2012

This is a great app if it were 2012. My company just switched to PayFlex and this is what I’m stuck with? Pathetic!

Wont let me log in

For starters, as other reviewers have said, it doesnt look like this app has been updated in the past 4 years. Secondly, evenly when definitely putting in my correct username and password (which I just used to log into their website), it gives me an error. I tried to call their customer service to get help but couldnt get anyone on the line.

NEEDS AN UPDATE

This app really needs to be updated, even the logo and graphics do not match the current web site. Also, it hasnt been optimized for iPhone 6. Come on guys its way past due lol!!

Good Luck Getting YOUR Money Back

Its clear that the intent of this app is to pretend to care about the customer, but in reality the goal is to make it as difficult and frustrating as possible for employees to get their money back, so it will be absorbed into the companys profit margin as easy money. Well, mission accomplished! This thing stinks.

Unbelievably Irritating To Use!

The only possible benefit of this app is to see my current balance, other than that I cannot figure out how to submit a claim for reimbursement. I’ve searched the whole app and nothing. I went to the website and it describes how to go about completing this function but the options the instructions offer are incorrect. I’m really disappointed with the app.

Terrible!

Ive had a username and password set on my desktop for two years, it has never changed, yet somehow its ALWAYS incorrect on the app. I literally cannot login and am told the information is incorrect. I immediately go on my desktop and log in with no problems. Someone should really consider fixing this problem.
