The app doesnt work. I tried to delete and download again and still doesnt work!
I set up to receive notifications which I dont receive. Whats the point of being able to submits EOBs by photo if emails are then sent out asking to resubmit because the photos are unreadable (which they arent, they are perfectly clear). Waste of time. Causes even more aggravation to the terrible PayFlex system. Good idea LOUSY execution.
The absolute worst!!! Worked for a short time then kept telling me my password was wrong! Very poorly run and kept up! Do not waste your time or effort even downloading
Shuts down at random. Insists that you must submit separate claims for multiple children but REFUSES to allow multiple submissions for the same date range even though its different childrens names and ages. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
The site directs you to a the mobile app as do the forms that say you can submit a claim, however there is nothing on the app referencing commuter benefits or submitting claims. It offers contact information, phone numbers and addresses to fax or send in claims.
There is very little functionality and it is not optimized for any recent iPhone. Im not sure why they even advertise that this is a thing.
Shame on PayFlex for continuing to direct people to their mobile app that has so little functionality. The complaints people made months and years ago are still true. It allows you to check your balance which can be helpful for decision making. But its main value would be allowing what it claims to do and that would be to file a claim, photograph the receipt and be able to do your filing in realtime rather than having to go through website process.
Crashes when trying to take or upload a picture of the receipts.
The title says it all. This app hasnt been updated and is missing the new size formats of the new iPhones, no touch ID and is missing critical functionality thats only available on the full site.
Never remembers password, hasnt been updated in years, constantly locks you out after one incorrect password attempt which forces you to call customer service to unlock your account. Its a cumbersome app, but I only use it to submit receipts and it works fine for that purpose. Everything else about it is disappointing.
First I had trouble finding this app in the App Store (using an iPad and had to search under iPhone apps). Then when I logged into the app I got a message saying that this app doesnt currently support the plan that I have. Really? Why didnt customer service mention that when I asked about submitting a claim through the app? Now my only options re to fax or mail the documents. What a PITA. It seems like more than just the app is useless.
It doesnt do anything u need. Latest version is 2013
Im contacting my company to try to convince them to stop using this awful system. Getting my FSA reimbursement should not be this difficult. The app doesnt tell you when you are locked out and the design is really really bad. App hasnt been updated in YEARS so you can tell how important customer experience is to payflex.
Few features, hard to authenticate with complicated password requirements and ridiculously slow password reset options.
Can we get a Touch ID update for app? Needs a lot of updates but gets job done
Great idea, but App stinks. Trying to submit an expense, the dollar truncated at $2 instead of the full amount, twice. Also can not upload more than one photo to an expense, without causing an error, twice. Not worth your time....
Valid receipts are denied routinely with little explanation. Better experience before 2015, where 30% of valid claims were denied. Trying now again in 2016. Considering reporting them to the Attorney General since they keep money not spent.
The payflex website said i could file an FSA claim with this app. Instead i found that the app basically has nothing in it. Payflex, all your FAQ material on submitting FSA claims are outdated and useless... Its like you dont want people using their FSAs.
Beware, if you have a small issue they will freeze your funds until the issue is resolved or expect you to pay back the money for the service you received
